After selecting a suitable package for your wedding event, kindly email us your complete event details. Our team will contact you shortly with next steps.

All bookings must be confirmed at least 60 days prior to the event date to allow time for travel and production arrangements.

50% advance payment is mandatory. No bookings will be considered valid or scheduled without the agreed advance.

Each package includes a fixed duration. Additional charges will apply for any extra event days or extended coverage.

All responsibilities for large-scale or luxury events, destination weddings, and cruise shoots lie solely with the client, including travel, visas, and accommodation.

If the chosen location requires shooting permits, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain them in advance.

External photographers or videographers will not be accepted as part of our team. If a client chooses to include their own vendor, AQ Studios is not responsible for their coordination, performance, or quality.

Our team will manage equipment requirements such as cameras, drones, or additional rentals depending on the shoot location. Extra costs may apply if third-party gear or services are required.

All communication should be handled via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Late-night shoots will not be conducted. All coverage will end by the agreed time mentioned in the package.

Our team will not stay at private homes, farms, or secluded locations.

The client is responsible for providing hotel accommodation only in a safe, family-friendly, and reputed hotel.

Hotel stay must be in the same city or close to the event location and must be pre-approved by AQ Studios at least 7 days before travel.

In case of international or destination weddings, accommodation for both the Creative Director and team (if applicable) must be arranged as per safety protocols.
